Terms

01About This Website

This website is an informational site for GridForge, a custom American-football uniform brand. It describes the brand, shows example design work, and provides a way to request a quote.

02Quote Requests Are Not Orders

Submitting the quote request form starts a conversation — it is not an order, invoice, or binding contract, and no payment is collected through this website.

A custom uniform project moves forward only after GridForge and the requesting team separately agree on the specifics — including design, quantity, and pricing — through direct communication and a formal quotation.

03Website Content And Intellectual Property

Text, images, and design work shown on this website belong to GridForge or are used with permission, and are shown to represent the brand and its design range. They may not be copied or reused without permission.

04Acceptable Use

This website and its quote form are provided for genuine inquiries about custom uniform projects. Automated, abusive, or bad-faith use of the quote form — including attempts to bypass its bot protection — is not permitted.

05No Warranty

This website and the information on it are provided as-is, without guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

06Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GridForge is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. This section does not limit any liability that cannot legally be limited.

07Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms have not yet been finalized and will be added once decided.

08Changes

These terms may be updated as the website and business evolve. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the current version.
